Our warm, friendly bar retains all the charming period features of this beautiful 18th-century building, with the added benefit of contemporary style.  Relax over a glass of fine wine or a refreshing pint of real ale at our roaring log fire, or enjoy a freshly made coffee in the peace and tranquillity of the Atrium.   Feeling peckish? How about something from the bar menu?

Our bar has a variety of areas from a cosy nook to a more open area or, when the season permits, alongside a roaring log fire.

Food in the Bar

Our bar offers the same everyday dining choices as the restaurant for lunch, dinner and evening dining. 

The bar is an ideal location for those who only want a snack, or those who want three courses but prefer the Bar atmosphere. 

We offer daily specials in both the Bar and the Restaurant, always included are fresh fish choices.  Our Full English Breakfast is second to none, and served all day.

We welcome children at the Bugle Hotel, and have a menu to satisfy even the hungriest child.

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow dogs in to the premises, however, guide-dogs are accepted.

Beverages

Our bar has a wide range of well kept cask ales, lagers, beers and bottled beers, spirits, soft drinks and an extensive wine list, along with tea and coffee available all day.
